Essentials of Customer Service is a 3 course certificate program, with a cost of $75 total.

THIS MUST BE DONE FIRST - Course fees will be paid for the first 25 New Mexico residents who complete this form -> Essentials of Customer Services Form (see link). Note, the course starts on November 8th! Don't delay! 

In this course series you will learn the elements of great customer service. Your participation in these courses will help you to gain skills and confidence in delivering outstanding guest service and keep customers coming back. 

Courses Included in this Certification  

Course 1: Overview of Customer Service Essentials

Course 2: Customer Service Skills

Course 3: Service Failure, Recovery, and Loyalty

Badges will be awarded for completing each course and a certificate will be awarded for completing the 3-Course Series.
