Essentials of Customer Service is a 3 course certificate program. Each course is 4 weeks long with about 4 hours of course work and activities per week. 

In this course series you will learn the elements of great customer service. Your participation in these courses will help you to gain skills and confidence in delivering outstanding guest service and keep customers coming back.

Course 1: Overview of Customer Service Essentials

Course 2: Customer Service Skills

Course 3: Service Failure, Recovery, and Loyalty

Badges will be awarded for completing each course and a certificate will be awarded for completing the 3-Course Series.
